From factory floor to FBA shelf — fully managed

Finding a supplier is easy. Finding one who delivers consistent quality, honors agreed pricing, and doesn’t disappear after the deposit is the hard part. We manage the entire sourcing and logistics chain, so you’re not chasing suppliers or hoping your shipment reaches on time.

What We Do:

Supplier Sourcing & Quotations

  • Outreach to multiple verified suppliers for your specific product

  • Business license and manufacturing capability checks before engaging further

  • Initial quotations collected and compared side-by-side on price, MOQ, and production timeline

  • Red flags screened out early (unrealistic pricing, vague specs, no verifiable history)

You get a shortlist of legitimate suppliers, not a guessing game.

Sample Approval

Before a single unit of bulk inventory is produced, we verify the product is right.

  • Sample ordered from the finalized supplier

  • Physical inspection against your specifications (materials, dimensions, function, packaging)

  • Feedback sent back to the supplier for any corrections needed

  • Final sample sign-off before bulk production begins

This step catches costly mistakes while they’re still cheap and easy to fix.

Negotiation & Supplier Selection

Once we have viable suppliers, we negotiate on your behalf.

  • Unit pricing negotiated down from initial quotes

  • MOQ (minimum order quantity) negotiated where possible

  • Payment terms structured to protect you (typically deposit + balance before shipment)

  • Final supplier selected based on price, quality, communication, and reliability — not just the cheapest quote

Most sellers going direct accept the first number offered. We don’t.

Bulk Order & Production

Once the sample is approved, we move into full production.

  • Bulk purchase order placed with agreed pricing and timeline

  • Production progress checked in with the supplier throughout the run

  • Any delays or issues flagged and addressed before they become bigger problems

You’re not left wondering where your inventory is for six weeks with zero updates.

Quality Inspection

Before your inventory leaves the factory, we make sure it’s actually what you paid for.

  • Pre-shipment inspection conducted on a sample of the finished batch

  • Checks for defects, inconsistencies, and packaging accuracy

  • Issues addressed with the supplier before the shipment leaves — not after it reaches FBA and you’re stuck with it

Catching a defect at the factory costs you time. Catching it after it’s in Amazon’s warehouse costs you money, reviews, and account health.

Freight & Shipping

Getting inventory from China to the US (or your target marketplace) involves more moving parts than most sellers expect.

  • Freight forwarder sourcing and rate comparison

  • Air vs. sea freight recommendation based on your timeline and budget

  • Shipping rate negotiation with the forwarder

  • Full shipping and customs documentation prepared correctly the first time

Getting this wrong means delayed shipments, unexpected fees, or cargo stuck at customs.

Customs Clearance & Landed Cost

We handle the paperwork so your shipment isn’t the one stuck in a customs hold.

  • Customs documentation reviewed and filed correctly

  • Duties and import fees calculated upfront — no surprise costs after the fact

  • True landed cost calculated (product + freight + duties) so you know your real margin before you commit

FAQ'S

We source primarily from suppliers in China through Alibaba, since it offers the widest range of manufacturers, competitive pricing, and production capacity for most product categories. If your product requires sourcing from a different region, we can also look into that based on your specific needs.

Typically 30-45 days for sea freight and 7-14 days for air freight, plus production time (usually 15-45 days depending on the product and order size). We'll give you a specific timeline once your supplier and product are finalized.

We flag it immediately and go back to the supplier for corrections before bulk production starts. If needed, we'll help you find an alternative supplier rather than move forward with a mismatched sample.

Sea freight is cheaper but slower (typically 30-45 days), while air freight is faster (7-14 days) but costs more per kg. We mostly recommend sea freight, but it depends on your timeline, budget, and how urgently you need inventory for launch or restocking.

Yes. We prepare the required documentation, coordinate customs clearance, and calculate your total landed cost upfront — so there are no surprise fees once the shipment arrives.

Yes. Once a supplier relationship is established, reordering is faster since sourcing, sampling, and negotiation are already done — we just manage production and shipping timing.

Yes. We source and vet suppliers on Alibaba based on your exact specifications, then negotiate pricing and MOQ on your behalf.

We check business licenses, manufacturing capability, and verifiable production history before engaging further. We also order samples and conduct pre-shipment inspections, so quality issues get caught before your money is fully committed.
