From idea to generating sales — we handle the entire journey
Launching a private label brand on Amazon involves dozens of moving pieces, and missing even one can stall your launch for months. We manage the complete process end-to-end, so you go from an idea to a ranking, selling product without juggling five different vendors.
Brand & Legal Foundation
We start with trademark registration and Brand Registry enrollment, giving your brand legal protection and unlocking Amazon’s brand tools before you even launch.
Product Research & Validation
We find or validate your product idea using proven criteria — demand, competition, and profitability checks — so you’re not guessing whether the product will sell.
Market & Competitor Analysis
We study your top Amazon competitors’ pricing, reviews, listing quality, and positioning to find the gap your product can win in.
Sourcing & Logistics
We handle supplier sourcing, negotiation, sample approval, bulk ordering, quality inspection, and shipping your inventory to Amazon FBA.
Creative & Copywriting
We create your main image, lifestyle images, and A+ Content, paired with keyword-researched SEO copywriting across your title, bullet points, description, and backend search terms.
Listing Optimization
We fill out every backend attribute Amazon requires, build your listing for both search visibility and conversion, and prepare your product page for launch.
Launch Strategy & PPC
We build your launch PPC plan, drive early sales and reviews, and manage your pricing and promotions to build momentum and push toward organic ranking.
Ongoing Account Management
Once you’re live, we handle day-to-day catalog management, troubleshooting, account health monitoring, flat file updates, PPC optimization, and performance reporting — so your product keeps growing after launch.
FAQ'S
From trademark filing to a fully optimized, ranking listing, the full process typically takes 3-4 months. Trademark and sourcing/shipping run in parallel, so they don't add extra time on top of each other — but the launch phase itself (getting initial sales, reviews, and organic rank) usually takes 60-90 days after your listing goes live.
Everything from A to Z: trademark and Brand Registry, product research and validation, competitor analysis, sourcing and logistics, main and A+ images, keyword research, listing copywriting (title, bullets, description, backend keywords), full listing optimization, PPC launch strategy, pricing and promotions, and ongoing catalog management and reporting once you're live.
No one can honestly guarantee sales — anyone who promises that isn't being straight with you. What we do guarantee is a data-backed process: validated product research, a properly optimized listing, and a launch strategy built on what's proven to work. If something isn't performing, we tell you why and adjust rather than let it sit.
This depends on your product's price point and category competitiveness, but plan for three separate budgets: inventory (typically your largest cost), our service fees, and PPC ad spend for the first 60-90 days. We'll give you a specific number once we know your product and category during the research phase.
We review the data — pricing, conversion rate, ad performance, reviews — to find out why. Sometimes it's a listing fix, sometimes it's pricing, sometimes it's the ad strategy. We adjust based on what the numbers show
That said, even with solid research and execution, not every product takes off — that's the nature of retail. To manage this risk, we recommend launching 3 products at a time rather than betting everything on one. Typically, one underperforms, one performs at a moderate level, and one significantly outperforms — balancing out your overall investment and giving you a much more reliable path to profitability than relying on a single product launch. rather than guessing.
Both work. If you already have a product and supplier, we start from trademark and listing creation. If you don't have a product yet, we begin with product research to find one before moving into the launch process.
