GetHealthy Case Study
20+ Listings Reinstated and Counting We Got every listing back live, shut down by Amazon.
Overview
GetHealthy is a nutraceutical brand dedicated to enriching the quality of life for all its esteemed customers. It’s products are crafted in facilities that are WHO-GMP, FSSAI, and ISO-certified. Supplement is a category with some of the strictest compliance requirements on the platform, where a single claim, missing document, or non-compliant content or image can suppress or remove a listing without warning. We manage GetHealthy’s entire Seller Central operation, and reinstating suppressed listings has been a constant, ongoing part of that work.
The Challenges
Below are 5 representative cases out of dozens handled - each a different type of violation, requiring a different resolution path.
1. Listing Deactivated Over a Compliance Technicality
A pre-workout capsule listing was deactivated because Amazon claimed the submitted FSSAI license was invalid – the exact brand name wasn’t printed on it.
2. Listing Removed for Food & Product Safety Violation
A listing was removed for a food and product safety violation. Compliant content and images were submitted immediately, but Amazon’s team sent the same generic rejection for two straight weeks.
3. Suppression Over Therapeutic Claims
A listing was flagged for sleep-aid and therapeutic language, wording that put it at risk of being treated as an unapproved health claim.
4. Main Image Suppression
A listing was hit with a “main image does not represent the product” violation.
5. Lost Subscribe & Save Enrollment
A best-selling ASIN was removed from Subscribe & Save during a stock-out and didn’t auto-re-enroll once restocked, quietly cutting off a recurring revenue channel.

Our Approach
Below are 5 representative cases out of dozens handled - each a different type of violation, requiring a different resolution path.
1. Reading the Actual Policy, Not Just the Rejection
For the FSSAI case, we identified that FSSAI licenses approve by ingredient and category, not by brand name — so a missing brand name was never a valid discrepancy. We cited the specific approved ingredient number covering the product’s formulation and requested reinstatement on those grounds. The listing was reactivated.
2. Persisting Past Template Rejections
For the food safety violation, Amazon repeated the same automated rejection for two weeks. We refined the images and content with each round and kept pushing the case rather than resubmitting blindly. The listing was reinstated once the appeal team reviewed the updated submission.
3. Escalating When Standard Appeals Stall
For the therapeutic-claims suppression, we stripped all sleep-aid language and rewrote the content. Amazon kept requesting clearer label images even after compliant ones were uploaded. After a week, we got Amazon on a live call, the rep confirmed the images were already correct, and the listing went active two days later.
4. Fixing the Root Cause, Not Just the Symptom
This one didn’t have a standard fix. Amazon flagged the image as inaccurate without explaining what was actually wrong with it, and the issue itself wasn’t one we’d run into before. Instead of opening a case log and having Amazon copy-paste responses which could take days, we tested several changes one at a time – checking product accuracy, image quality, and formatting against Amazon’s stated requirements. Resizing the image ultimately resolved it, though Amazon never confirmed why the original was rejected in the first place. Sometimes the fix isn’t a known playbook, it’s methodically testing until something works.
5. Working Amazon's Internal Systems, Not Just Seller Central
For the Subscribe & Save issue, there was no self-service fix available. We escalated through Seller Support chat, proved prior enrollment, and pushed until the case reached Amazon’s internal Subscribe & Save team, who manually re-enrolled the ASIN.
The Outcome
Every suppressed or removed listing brought back to active status – with no revenue-generating ASIN permanently lost.
Each case required a different approach: a compliance argument, sustained persistence, a live escalation, a technical fix, or working Amazon’s internal team directly.
